Job Duties

• Perform residential and commercial carpentry work from framing through finish
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and measurements
• Perform rough framing, walls, floors, roofs, and structural carpentry
• Install doors, windows, trim, molding, cabinets, and other finish materials
• Complete interior and exterior finish carpentry as required
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work independently while following project specifications and schedules
• Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frame-to-Finish Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency with common carpentry hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work safely and efficiently
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus, but training is available
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic
• Ability to pass a standard pre-employment screening, if required by the job site
