What You’ll Do
- Build and repair decks, porches, fences, and other exterior structures
- Perform framing, structural carpentry, trim, finish carpentry, and final detailing
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Prioritize customer satisfaction throughout each project
Requirements
- 4+ years of carpentry, deck building, fencing, or general contracting experience
- Appropriate contractor’s license or trade license
- Active General Liability Insurance
- Active Workers’ Compensation Insurance
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage projects professionally
