Assembler / Carpentry – Woodworking Technician

Location: Houston, TX 77041
Pay: $19–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable Assembler / Woodworking Technician with hands-on carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience. This position will build, assemble, and install custom wood products and structural components in a shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble custom wood products and components

• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and measurements

• Measure, cut, drill, and prepare wood materials

• Operate hand and power tools safely

• Assemble wood structures according to specifications

• Perform general construction and fabrication tasks

• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous woodworking, carpentry, construction, or shop fabrication experience

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with framing, cabinetry, finish carpentry, or shop fabrication is preferred
