About the Role
Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning is hiring a Carpet Cleaning Technician to support our field operations. We specialize in carpet, tile & grout, vinyl, hardwood, and upholstery cleaning, and we’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and eager to learn. No experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to work.
What You’ll Do
Meet up with the owner-operators and travel to job sites
Assist with setup, cleaning, and breakdown of equipment
Help deliver great service and spot upsell opportunities (commission eligible)
Maintain van cleanliness and equipment organization

Valid WI driver’s license with clean record
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between job sites
