Shift HoursVaries, typically 7:30 am-4:30 pmPosition SummaryWe have an immediate need for a flooring installer in any of these areas: Tile, Laminate, Wood, Carpet and/or Vinyl. This position will provide support to our Flooring department by installing jobs for the following customer types: Builder, Remodel/Restoration, and Retail. ResponsibilitiesArrive to job site on time and with a good attitudeFull installation of tile, laminate, wood, vinyl or carpet (experience in installing at least one of these flooring types is required)Ability to complete repairs on flooring, when necessaryCompetenciesSkills: Dynamic problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and great customer serviceAccuracy, organization and attention to detailAbilities: Professional demeanor and appearanceWork well both independently as well as with a teamAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment and to prioritize tasks properlyA valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience Preferred:2-5 years of experience in flooring installation, ability to install multiple products a plusExperience in the residential building industryExperience in finish carpentry a plusWork EnvironmentOur Service and Inspection Team offers a busy and challenging environment and we are looking for just the right candidates to join our team!
