Summary/ObjectiveThe Carrier Feeds Analyst is an integral member of the team that will play a role in leading and partnering with our customers, partners and third-party vendors. This role includes coordinating and implementing carrier feeds for new clients, upgrades to existing client feeds, and the creation, maintenance, and testing of file mappings. The Analyst ensures streamlined, high‑quality implementations while maintaining exceptional accuracy and customer satisfaction. Core Job DutiesResponsible for ensuring that feed implementations and changes are completed within project deadlines, meeting quality and accuracy standards.Validate benefit plan configuration accuracy and alignment with carrier specificationsCommunicate with customers to coordinate carrier information, review and resolve data discrepancies and communicate technical issues in clear, non-technical language in both verbally and written format.Design, build and maintain eligibility, enrollment and contribution files using Python within the isolved Carrier Connect (iCC) platform based on carrier specifications.Develop, test and deploy automated file generation processes.Ensure compliance with carrier formatting, validation and transmission requirements.Coordinate feed testing cycles with carriers and internal stakeholders to validate file accuracy and functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve file errors, rejections and data discrepanciesManage the successful go-live of each feed; performing data validation and integrity checks are completed prior to transmission.Serve as a primary technical contact for clients and brokers regarding initial carrier feed setup. Collaborate directly with carriers to resolve any questions or clarity needed.Partner with various internal teams on plan builds, updates, open enrollment and related questions to facilitate the EDI process seamlesslyAssist in researching discrepancies and reporting between systems and resolve inaccuraciesManage a variety of benefit plan information (retirement, FSA, medical, dental, vision) ensuring plans are established according to client summary plan descriptions, eligibility and termination rulesMaintain consistent communications with customers and vendors to keep them apprised of the status of their outstanding questions/issues or implementation projectsAbility to review, follow and validate integration instructionsAbility to troubleshoot complex data and technical issues where no clear answer is providedAbility to multitask and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentConsult with team members and identify development needsManage escalated issues and provide timely resolutionBuild and maintain strong vendor relationshipsFunction as a consultant and business partner with other groups internally and externally Minimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent work experience Experience working in the HR, Payroll or Benefits industryExperience with isolved HCM software3 years of experience in data integration, report writing, payroll industryAdvanced Proficiency in Python (data manipulation, file parsing, automation scripting)Experience with SFTP and API IntegrationsExperience with CSV, fixed-width, EDI 834, JSON, XML formats About isolved®isolved is a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions that combines modern technology with expert services and support.
