Key Responsibilities 

• Source, qualify, and onboard carriers to expand our network 
• ​​​​​​​Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers through consistent communication 
• Research, negotiate, and secure competitive market rates 
• Monitor market trends and seasonality to support effective decision-making and service quality 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure shipments are covered with the most efficient solutions
• Respond quickly to issues and make sound, timely decisions
• Provide superior customer service 
• Perform other related duties as assigned 

Work Experience and Background Requirements 

• Logistics experienced preferred 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Strong decision-making ability and judgment 
• Positive and energetic team player 
• Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented 
• ​​​​​​​Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
