Carrier Sales Specialist

Position Summary

\n

The Carrier Sales Specialist is responsible for booking carriers on logistics shipments and getting the loads from pick up to delivery status.

\n

Duties and Responsibilities:

\n

• \n
• Build relationships with Carriers.
• \n
• Negotiate rates with Carriers.
• \n
• Track and trace all shipments from booking through delivery.
• \n
• Confirm all accessorial charges within 48 hours of delivery.
• \n

\n

\n

Education and Experience:

\n

• \n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• \n
• Experience using software Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• \n
• Customer service experience
• \n

\n

Salary Range:

\n

Disclaimer:  The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 yearly + commission. This range is based on market data and internal equity. The final offer will be determined by various factors, including the candidates experience, education, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
