What You'll Do

• Build and manage a network of reliable carrier partners who actually answer the phone.
• Negotiate rates that protect margins and win freight.
• Track loads from pickup to delivery, handling exceptions like a pro.
• Work side-by-side with Account Managers to keep customers happy and freight moving.
• Use our TMS to keep everything tracked, documented, and squeaky clean.
• Solve problems before they become fires, and put out the ones that slip through.

What Success Looks Like

• Loads covered. On time. Every time.
• A carrier book that's deep, reliable, and ready to roll.
• Strong margins without cutting corners on service.
• The ops team trusts you to handle whatever comes next.

What You Bring

• 0-3 years in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics.
• Negotiation skills that would make a used car dealer jealous.
• You thrive in chaos and actually enjoy the pace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and you don't let things slip.
• Comfortable with TMS platforms and standard logistics tech.
