Job Summary We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable -schedule must be met daily. Must be ok with dogs, client has a small chihuahua' in the home. SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 8:00am-1:30/2pm. Urgently Hiring Call 469-799-4487 for same day interview. This position is in the client home and is a total of 28.5 hours weekly. DO NOT APPLY if looking for 8 hours daily or full time work. Responsibilities
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
Assist with transferring from wheelchair to bed, BATHING
Light housekeeping activities - Assist with errands and shopping (using your vehicle)
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
Take safety precautions -Use a back brace for lifting
First aid and CPR-certified
Ability to lift using a Gait Belt or without
Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Reliable transportation, must meet daily schedule
Reliable cell phone for clock in/out (HHA mobile app - Free App)
Must like dogs ( client has 2 small chihuahua that are loose in the home)
