Pay Rate: $24.02/hr, W2
Location: Salem, MA
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Work Mode: Onsite
- Workdays: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for 7.5 hours each day (22.5 hours/week max)
Responsibilities:
- Assist counselors with tasks on the MassAbility case management system, including creating documents and letters, determining financial needs, initiating purchase orders and contract orders, recording case notes, and uploading/locating documents.
- Fill out forms and letters using information from the MassAbility case management system, such as tuition waiver letters, various referral forms, and MBTA TAP letters.
- Review various reports such as last case notes, MSGs, time and status, and sort information to share with other counselors.
- Follow up on requested documentation from schools, vendors, or providers.
- Coordinate data in an Excel sheet to be reviewed by counselors.
- Manage and obtain information from the V Drive (internal office system that houses procedures and policy).
- Manage and organize electronic files on the MassAbility case management system to secure accessibility for the counselors.
