Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Assist Case Managers with in -person intake and eligibility screening by preparing and organizing intake forms and materials.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collect and review applicant documentation for accuracy and completeness.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Enter data into case management systems and maintain confidential records in accordance with program guidelines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Respond to applicant questions and provide clear, respectful communication about the next steps in the process.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Support the coordination of daily operations at field offices and recovery sites.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Help schedule appointments and track applicant progress through the placement process.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with Case Managers, site leads, and local partners to ensure efficient service delivery.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Identify and escalate concerns or issues to appropriate team members for resolution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain professionalism and empathy while working in high -stress, fast -paced environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Perform other job -related duties as assigned.<\/span>

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: <\/span><\/span><\/b>A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or human services is preferred. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting disaster -impacted communities with compassion and efficiency.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/p>
- Prior administrative, clerical, or support experience in human services, housing programs, or customer -facing roles is a preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong organizational and communication skills are required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Must be comfortable working in a fast -paced and dynamic environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Basic computer skills and the ability to learn data entry systems are required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Bilingual skills are a plus.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during active deployments.<\/span>
