Job Title: Legal Analyst

Type of Position: Full Time

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $20/hr- $24/hr

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Description:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Review and analyze details of how a personal injury incident occurred

Review documents received from third party investigators and enter data into legal software system ACT!

Process a minimum of 125 cases weekly out of Intake to Case Management

Running and reviewing weekly data reports

Reviewing and evaluating cases in the treating phase for efficient medical treatment

Reviewing property damage sufficiency

Reviewing insurance carrier liability decisions

Reviewing ambulance and hospital billing

Running monthly performance numbers

Tasking case managers with appropriate follow ups in cases

Closing out inactive cases

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills

Strong follow up and follow through

Ability to have good rapport with all departments

Critical thinking and reasoning

Ability to work independently without supervision for long hours

Proficiency with excel / google sheets

Strong computer skills

Ability to work with a high-volume data

Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks
