Hiring Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively with RN Case Managers (RNCM).
Strong documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to shift attention between multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
Ability to build trust with healthcare teams, patients and their families.
Ideal Candidate
Collaborative and team-oriented.
Organized and adaptable.
Able to communicate effectively with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams.
Comfortable working across multiple hospital units.
