Case Management Intensive Care Coordination Supervisor Annual Salary: $57,119Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with on-call responsibilitiesThe Case Management Supervisor (Intensive Care Coordination) provides day-to-day oversight of intensive care coordination and case management services for children, adolescents, adults, and families impacted by serious emotional disturbance, mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
