Case Management Supervisor - Substance Use Disorder (Project Link)Annual Salary: $57,119Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.The Project Link Case Management Supervisor provides day-to-day oversight of case management services for adults and mothers with children from birth to 7 years of age who are living with a substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorder. Case Management Services support individuals in achieving and maintaining optimal functioning in the least restrictive, most normative community setting while addressing personal, interpersonal, occupational/educational, and social needs.Responsibilities include supervising Case Managers and Peer Recovery Specialists, overseeing assessments and individualized service planning, coordinating referrals and community resources, supporting crisis intervention and continuity of care, balancing caseloads, and providing staff training and performance support. The Supervisor also collaborates with healthcare providers, courts, and community partners, monitors program expenditures and outcomes, and recommends improvements to strengthen service delivery and client success.Required qualifications/skills:- Bachelor's degree in Human Services such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.- Three (3) years of experience providing case management services to individuals living with a substance use disorder.Ready to make a meaningful impact through quality care coordination?
