An ABA company is seeking an organized and proactive Case Manager to work closely with families receiving ABA therapy. This role ensures all necessary documentation is in place, coordinates with providers to confirm service delivery, and addresses any issues that arise to maintain high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of managing multiple cases while fostering positive relationships with both families and service providers.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating with families to ensure proper documentation for ABA services
Confirming BCBA schedules and ensuring consistent service delivery
Addressing and resolving issues that arise during service
Maintaining accurate and organized case files
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned families
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or related fields preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Proficiency with basic computer systems and documentation tools

Full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY
Includes base salary plus bonus opportunities
