Salary: $51,200 per year
Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Dundalk Support Center- Building Hope is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management including, but not limited to, as-needed home visitation services to participants / clients. The Case Manager assesses household needs, coordinates resources based on goals, and provides advocacy, information, and referral services.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
The Esperanza Center is a comprehensive immigrant resource center that offers hope and essential services to people who are new to the United States. Immigrants from all over the world have received important resources and compassionate guidance at the Esperanza Center since 1963. Our dedicated staff and volunteers provide services and referrals, ESL education, health care, and free or low-cost immigration legal services to thousands of immigrants each year.
This position is supported by grant funding until Juily 2027 and the responsibilities with the role are governed by the terms and conditions of the grant. Employment may depend on the continuation or termination of the funding.
