    Case Manager

    Job Description: Serving adults with traumatic brain injury and other physical and/or neurological impairments. 

    Desired Experience: Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications

    Experience in:

    • case management
    • writing service plans
    • Linkages to outside resources
    • Working with individuals with TBI or related injuries/disabilities

    Education: Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications

    Minimum requirement is an Associates Degree + 2 years experience

    Work Location:

    THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Participant's home or community (serving clients in Nassau and Suffolk counties) and Office work

    Salary: Based on hours

    Schedule:

    • Day shift
    • Monday through Friday
    • Flexible
    COVID-19 considerations: RES will supply PPE as needed to employees.
