NOW HIRING: Case Managers –Bronx, NY
Full-Time | Monday –Friday | 9: 00 AM –5: 00 PM
Pay Rate: $24 –$25/hour
Seeking compassionate and professional Case Managers for full-time opportunities in the Bronx. Candidates should be passionate about supporting individuals and families while helping connect them with community and social service resources.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree required
•Prior case management, social services, or community outreach experience preferred
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Ability to manage documentation and client interactions professionally
