Description

Case Manager manages a high-volume caseload of legal cases from intake through resolution. This role serves as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a high-volume caseload end to end, documentation, processing, follow-up, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate case records in the case management system, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and correspondence are logged in real time.
  • Prioritize and triage cases based on urgency, compliance deadlines, and attorney direction; escalate issues proactively to avoid delays.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Strategic Legal Practices and assigned attorneys, providing timely updates on case strategy, status, and required actions.
  • Prepare case files, documentation packages, and correspondence for attorney review; respond promptly to all attorney requests.
  • Coordinate across departments - including
  • compliance, client services, paralegal support, and billing - to move cases forward efficiently.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, delivering clear updates on status, timelines, and documentation needs.
  • Ensure all files are complete and compliant with program and regulatory standards; support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
