We are a fast-paced, high-performing personal injury law firm seeking a skilled and highly organized Case Manager to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral. This is a pivotal role that requires legal knowledge, initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files

  • Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys

  • Track and coordinate medical treatment, billing, and liens

  • Review, organize, and summarize medical records and reports

  • Prepare detailed settlement demands with supporting documentation

  • Follow up on outstanding records, bills, and lien reductions

  • Maintain accurate case files and timelines in case management software

  • Assist attorneys in preparing cases for litigation if necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal injury case management (auto accidents preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, medical terminology, and treatment timelines

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in case management systems (e.g., Casepeer)

  • Familiarity with demand writing, liens, subrogation, and settlement procedures

  • Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) is a plus

  • Experience handling UM/UIM and policy limit cases

  • Prior work with Lien Resolution, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and ERISA liens
