LIFT (Leading Initiatives for Families and Transformation) is a program dedicated to helping individuals facing various barriers overcome challenges and achieve sustainable, meaningful employment. We work closely with referrals from the Department of Social Services (DSS) enrolled in both the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and SNAP Employment and Training programs, providing them with the personalized support and resources they need to succeed.
As part of our team, you will:
The Case Manager position is in a typical office environment. You may conduct some duties outside of the office to attend meetings with partnering agencies. Candidate is expected to work 40 hours per week in the office, as scheduled, between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working in case management, specifically mental health counseling, social work/social services, and/or in human services highly preferred.
A bachelor's degree is highly preferred in the fields of Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or similar.
In lieu of a 4-year degree, 4 years of experience working in case management, counseling, human resources, or social services may be considered.
It is very important for candidates to be able to effectively use a personal computer, have specific knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, TEAMS, and have the ability to work with various software programs.
