West LA ADR Case Manager

Alternative Dispute Resolution firm is seeking an Case Manager with 2-4 years of case management experience in a legal and client service role to join their West LA office. Case Manager should have proficiency in ADR procedures including mediation, arbitration, and court reference matters. Case Managers with a Bachelor's degree are preferred. ADR Case Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure all case documentation is current and organized.
  • Coordinate hearings, conference calls, panelist assignments, and other case-related activities while tracking deadlines and key milestones.
  • Provide responsive client service by handling inquiries, information requests, and routine case communications.
  • Support arbitrators/panelists with administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-up on case actions and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams while developing expertise in ADR procedures, case management systems, and organizational workflows.
