The Majestic is a permanent supportive housing development providing affordable housing to individuals who have experienced homelessness. The supportive services team provides onsite support to keep individuals housed, focusing on skill building and stability.
Position Summary
The Housing Case Manager will assist clients with the development of social and community support systems to promote stability and enable clients to function at the highest level possible. The Housing Case Manager will work with clients in the program and assist clients with all needs including engaging with clients prior to entry into housing and assisting with documentation collection. The Housing Case Manager is responsible for ensuring client files meet all program requirements.
