Manage the client's medical treatment: review medical reports and recommendations, coordinate appointments, obtain referrals for additional treatment
Maintain consistent follow-up with the client throughout the process
Keep records updated on medical treatment, bills, deadlines, offers, and liability issues
Collaborate with the attorney in gathering and organizing evidence to prepare the demand letter
Keep the case organized and up to date in the firm's system/CRM
Escalate any major legal decision or negotiation to the supervising attorney as needed
Requirements

Experience interviewing clients and witnesses, and handling communication with insurance carriers
Experience using a legal CRM (Filevine, Litify, Needles, or similar)
Ability to manage a high caseload in an organized manner
Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations (clients under stress)
Bilingual Spanish/English
Desired Skills (not disqualifying)
Experience mentoring more junior case managers
Basic knowledge of liability assessment and case valuation
