Location: Salt Lake City Area | Schedule: Typically, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Type: Full-Time | FLSA: Non-Exempt
Utah Community Action is seeking a compassionate, organized, and resourceful Case Manager to help individuals and families achieve greater self-reliance. In this role, you will partner with clients to develop personalized case management plans focused on stable housing, employment, food security, financial literacy, and long-term success.
