Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) – Georgia (Remote/Hybrid)

BK Behavior is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to improving the lives of children and families. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Case Manager to support our clinical team and help ensure families receive high-quality, timely services.

Position Summary

The Bilingual Case Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking families throughout the onboarding and ongoing care process. This role works closely with BCBAs, scheduling teams, intake coordinators, and families to facilitate communication, coordinate services, and provide an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for English- and Spanish-speaking families.

  • Coordinate client scheduling and assist with ongoing caseload management.

  • Communicate with families regarding appointments, authorizations, and service updates.

  • Support the intake and onboarding process for new clients.

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and internal departments to resolve scheduling and service-related concerns.

  • Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.

  • Follow up with families to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction.

  • Assist with insurance authorizations and service coordination as needed.

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Advocate for families while maintaining compliance with company policies and payer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in case management, healthcare, ABA, social services, customer service, or care coordination preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic documentation systems.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in ABA or behavioral health.

  • Knowledge of insurance authorization processes.

  • Experience supporting pediatric or special needs populations.
