GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Children's Case Management Supervisor will supervise staff providing case management services to child and adolescent clients with serious mental illness.

ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Provide supervision of Children's Case Management staff providing service to adult consumers.

2. MonitorChildren's Case Management records to insure that all services being provided are documented and that all mandated paperwork is completed on time.

3. Insure that children's case management services are being provided according to regulations and the expected direct service contacts made.

4. Develop constructive relationships with key staff both inside and outside of the agency who provide services to clients.

5. Monitor time sheets, expense sheets, vehicle usage, tokens and other resources needed to insure effective service delivery.

6. Submit reports, monitor unit projections and other duties as assigned.

7. Direct service and on-call back up as necessary.
