Status: Full-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the Position: Case Manager provides intensive individual mental health interventions and support services. Case Manager is supervised by a mental health professional as part of the treatment team. Assist in the development and implement the interventions developed by the Treatment Teams and describe them in the treatment plan. Provide mental health professionals and other pertinent professionals with clinical information and data to support the treatment plans objectives as well as engaging participant in an age-appropriate therapeutic activities and provide information and data in a timely manner. Participate in and meet any training or testing requirements that may require by the state government and/or referring authority. Qualifications/Requirements: Masters degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field preferred Bachelors degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field required with at least one year of experience in the CASSP system program or 12 college level semester hours in social services or humanities with the minimum of one year of experience in the CASSP system program. Bachelors degree or 6 years working with youth and their families. Experience in a community-based agency program Experience working with youth and families in a behavioral health manner and/or at-risk youth and families Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus. Position requires reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance coverage.
