If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!What You'll Do:Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatmentInitiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needsOversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout duration of treatmentProvide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatmentArrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training etc. as necessary for client post -dischargeFacilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support etc.)What We're Looking For:High School diploma or GED preferredMin. 1-year experience in treatment industry preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is requiredExcellent communication, multitasking, and time management skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsWarm, empathetic, respectable personalityWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services.
