Job Description
Case Manager - Washington, DC (Remote)
Duration: 3 months
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical aspects of electronic discovery needs, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle.
- Consult with case teams to develop and implement technical strategies, project plans, and advise on technology options for discovery needs.
- Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied.
- Coordinate efforts in response to discovery requests and provide regular status reports and metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging electronic discovery technology and processes.
- Conduct regular trainings on new technology and process improvements.
- Provide hands-on technical support, including quality control, managing review platforms, and generating reports.
Required Skills
- Experience in eDiscovery support using Relativity or Relativity One, including constructing complex searches and generating reports.
- Certification in Relativity or Relativity One is highly desired.
- Consulting on formatting search terms and utilizing analytics to streamline review.
