Behavioral Systems Southwest, Inc.- Phoenix Residential Reentry Center looking for a Case Manager who will work maintaining a caseload of federal offenders, requiring program plan/goal development/follow-up, along with conducting one-on-one counseling sessions and facilitating all community resources for reentry and reintegration, developing housing plans, etc.
The goal of the Case Manager is to provide guidance and direction for the offenders to reenter and reintegrate into the community effectively with resources, employment and support while addressing their criminogenic needs.
What is Required:
Must possess excellent written, verbal communication skills, along with the ability to be organized and multi-task. Must be able to work varied schedule including weekends and some holidays.
Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background investigation. Must have clear DMV and present a 3 year MVR printout at the time the application is filed.
The candidate must possess a Bachelor Arts or Sciences degree from a granting institution accredited by WASC or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) years experience working with the offender or similar population. Experience may be substituted in lieu of an advanced degree.
