Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Case Picker / Electric Pallet Jack Operator for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Redlands, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong warehouse picking experience who are comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment and have hands-on experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate case picking using pick tickets, labels, handheld scanners, and RF devices
• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Move materials, products, and inventory throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, transport, and stage products as needed
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a metrics-driven environment
• Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and warehouse safety protocols
• Assist with inventory movement using warehouse equipment such as:
• • Electric pallet jacks
  • Forklifts
  • Conveyors
  • Handcarts
  • Power trucks
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory movement
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse team members

Required Qualifications

Candidates must clearly show the following on their resume:

• Minimum 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) operating experience
• Strong and accurate case picking experience
• Experience reading:
• • Pick tickets
  • Product labels
  • Warehouse documentation
• Experience using handheld scanners / RF devices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Must provide and wear safety-toe shoes

Education / Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

If no diploma/GED is listed, candidates must have 2+ years of directly applicable warehouse experience

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding warehouse role requiring the ability to:

• Lift and move 50+ lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, push, and pull
• Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures

Work Environment

This facility is a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment:

• Hot during summer months (no AC)
• Cold during winter months (limited heating)
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Exposure to moving mechanical equipment
