The organization provides programs that help vulnerable children and families achieve greater safety, stability, and well-being through compassionate services, community support, and dedicated professionals working to create brighter futures.
Position Overview:The Case Planner – Family Support Services provides direct services to children, individuals, and families experiencing complex trauma, abuse or neglect, and intimate partner violence. The position conducts assessments, develops service plans, provides crisis intervention and counseling, and connects families with community-based resources. The Case Planner works closely with families, community partners, and the Administration for Children's Services (ACS) to support family stabilization, safety, and well-being while maintaining timely documentation and program records.
