We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to support our financial planning team through client case preparation, portfolio analysis, and retirement plan development. This role works under the paraplanner to help create comprehensive retirement strategies tailored to each client's goals.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally accurate; someone who naturally catches mistakes before they become problems and takes pride in producing precise, error-free work. This position is best suited for a person who enjoys working with details, analyzing financial information, and ensuring every case is thoroughly reviewed and properly prepared.Job ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze client financial files and supporting documentationInterpret client financial information, account statements, and investment data accuratelyConduct risk analysis of current client portfolios using provided financial statementsEnter and organize client data within financial planning and retirement software.Assist in building customized retirement plans for advisor presentationPrepare case materials and planning summaries for advisor reviewMaintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systemsCommunicate with internal team members regarding missing or incomplete informationSupport ongoing case management and follow-up tasks as neededProvide regular updates to the paraplanner on case progress, outstanding items, and completed tasksTake directions from the paraplanner regarding case priorities, workflow, and planning support needsCreate client files and maintain records both physical and digitalOccasionally draft letters and drop off at post officeQualificationsAssociate's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to interpret financial statements and investment account informationStrong data entry accuracy and proficiency with spreadsheets and office softwareAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficientlyWillingness to learn and take directionPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial planning, wealth management, risk management, life insurance, or consultingFamiliarity with retirement planning concepts and portfolio risk analysisExperience working with CRM systems or financial planning software#J-18808-Ljbffr
