Responsible for coordinating the exchange of pertinent clinical and medical information between the admitting psychiatric facility or prison facility and the current GHI treatment program as well as other relevant involved parties.
Short-term casework will also be provided on an as needed basis while long term or alternate treatment is being arranged. Conduct substance abuse treatment with clients in need according to the 12 core functions of substance abuse counseling as defined by the ICRC.
