About the Team The Caseworker (In-Home Family Specialist) is part of our Family Support Services team. This team provides a wide array of family support services to help families and children grow stronger, from prevention and reunification services to care coordination services. All of our programs are built around the idea of permanency — supporting safe, nurturing, and lasting families — and putting the health and safety of the child first. This position independently develops and implements service plans that promote safety, well-being, and permanency for all assigned clients. About the Position The Caseworker (In-Home Family Specialist) is a hybrid community-based role that assesses and monitors the safety and wellbeing of the child(ren) while simultaneously teaching parenting skills and providing connection to community resources for the purpose of stabilizing the home environment.
