Manages a retail store selling related or general merchandise lines, overseeing daily operations and personnel.
Plans work schedules, assigns duties, formulates pricing policies, and coordinates sales promotion activities.
Supervises staff in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, recordkeeping, and store functions, ensuring compliance with policies.
Handles merchandise ordering, customer inquiries, and complaint resolution.
Responsible for overall store management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
Requires 5+ years retail management experience, preferably in grocery, with strong supervisory, accounting, marketing, and customer service skills.
Must be able to perform store functions, use POS systems, and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
