    HYBRID REMOTE! Initial training in office. Candidates must reside in MD, DC, PA, VA OR WVA.

    About the Role:

    The Cash Applications Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the Treasury Team staff to ensure quality and accurate completion of assigned work in cash receipts, payment posting, cash reconciliation and credit balance resolution. Additional responsibilities include general ledger receipts and reconciliation, inter-company transfers, maintenance of 835/remittance processing and scanning/indexing/document imaging and monitoring and achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals established for the Treasury Team. This position requires the ongoing ability to evaluate current processes, distinguish needed changes, and recommend or implement appropriate modifications to improve performance by using root-cause analysis and sets context in the communication of findings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervises, monitors and ensures sufficient staffing coverage.
    • Perform lockbox processing, payment posting and credit resolution as primary function or in a backup role as needed to support adherence to the operating standards.
    • Train new employees on policies and procedures.
    • Performs a variety of functions with the Treasury Team to ensure work is processed within the designated time frames.
    • Look for trends and make suggestions for process improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Associate's degree preferred
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience
