Position Summary
Records payments to customers accounts and maintains accounts receivable records by performing the following duties:
• Process customer payments to the accounts receivable ledger in JDE. • Process daily credit card payments. • File check stubs and bank receipts. • Research and process customer claims of invoice payment. • Research and process charge backs, returns, and bad checks. • Assist with related special projects as required. • Process payments as required. • Create new customer records in our ERP environments.
About You
A bachelors degree in business or accounting. A minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Receivable. JDE software.
