Cash Apps/Admin ($50k Direct Hire)

We are working with a small company in Eden Prairie (on-site) looking for an AR/Admin. This is a small office setting so someone who enjoys variety and helping out where needed will do best!

Direct Hire. $50,000/annually (flexibility up to $52k).

Job Description:

• Apply ACH payments, wire transfers, checks, and credit card payments to customer invoices
• Process and record all cash receipts and complete daily credit card closeouts
• Deposit customer checks and process credit card refunds
• Maintain authorized customer credit card information
• Release approved jobs into production and close completed jobs (including commission verification)
• Process sales orders, bulk orders, and replacement slips
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and distribute mail/packages

Requirements:

• 2+ years of cash applications, A/R, or billing experience
• Comfortable working in a small office setting as a backup to administrative duties as needed
• Attention to detail, self-starter, good communication skills
