Position Title: Cash/Claims Processor
Location: Mason, OH 45040
Interviews will be onsite at the Mason location.
Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (1 hr lunch) or 8 AM - 4:30 PM (1/2 lunch)
Pay Rate: $22.05/hr on W2, Paid Weekly!
Preferred Start Date: 06/30/2026
Duration: 6+ month's Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
  • Research and apply insurance payments from clients to the appropriate system invoice.
  • Research insurance claim payments in the AS/400 to identify the correct claim based on customer information, date of service, service/material procedure codes, and related charges.
  • Continuously improve research methods and effectively and efficiently process transactions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process transactions – apply cash, member bills, resubmit invoices, write-offs, etc. Follow data processing guidelines to meet established departmental standards.
  • Communicate with the supervisor regarding timely transaction processing. Identify and recommend systems and process modifications necessary to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Assignment processes.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Working knowledge of mainframe computers and systems in general, ie, AS400. Understands third-party benefits and administration.
  • Minimum keystrokes per hour requirement of 10,000 with less than 2% error rate.
  • High level of detail orientation.
  • Flexibility working in both a team and individual environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications.
  • Understand and honor a high level of confidentiality. Promote integrity.
  • Strong work ethic.
EDUCATION
High school degree required – bachelor's degree in business preferred.
