This position is for the experienced financial professional who loves all things Excel and brings their accounting to the table!The Cash Flow Analyst is a crucial member of the finance team responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity, and mitigating financial risks. They play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and contributing to strategic decision-making. Essential Functions:1. Monitoring and managing the company's daily cash position2. Preparing and executing cash forecasting and analysis3. Optimizing cash management processes for efficiency4. Reconciling bank statements for operating and IOLTA accounts5. Preparing treasury-related forecasts and analyses6. Handling foreign currency transactions and managing exchange rate fluctuations7. Support the development of relationships with banking partners8. Supporting month-end closing processes9. Performs other duties and projects assignedQualifications:The Cash Flow Analyst must have a bachelor's degree, preferably accounting or finance, from an accredited university. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of financial analysis or accounting experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Essential soft skills encompass strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and adaptability. Aderant experience and excellent customer service skills are a plus. The salary range for this position is $69K to $84.5K.Please note that quoted salary ranges are based on Benesch's good faith belief at the time of the job posting and are not a guarantee of what final salary offers may be.
