Starting Pay: $17.50 per hourJob DescriptionAs a Cash Management Services Teller, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, and check deposits for our Loomis customers.Responsibilities
Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and proceduresSeparate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denominationPrepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each customer assigned
Requirements
Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbersAbility to perform simple computer data entryAbility to use calculator by touch
Working Conditions
Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week performed in 8 hour or split shiftsWork is performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light
Essential Functions/Job QualificationsAs part of the qualification process for the Cash Management Services Teller position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas:Lift:
- 2lbs vertical lift from 36 inches to 52 inches from the floor (15X)- 25lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 33 inches from the floor (1X)- 18lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 36 inches from the floor (5X)- 2lbs vertical lift from 7 inches to 62 inches from the floor (17X)Lift-Carry:
- 30lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 40 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 10ft (1X)Push-Pull:
- Horizontally transfer 47lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm), a distance of 1ft (1X)Repetitive Coupling:

About Company
Armored Service Technicians work as a team on a designated route. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cash and coin to Loomis customers, as well as the loading and balancing of ATM machines along your route. You will be thoroughly Trained in a classroom setting and receive on-the-job training with an experienced Armored Service Technician. We believe that our people make Loomis a great company. We are looking for applicants who are at least 21 years of age, have a current driver’s license and a good driving record, show steady employment history and can pass a comprehensive background check that includes criminal history check. This position requires that you pass a Department of Transportation screening and be issued a DOT Medical Certification.
The Armored Service Technician job duties require the following physical abilities:
- Carry a minimum of 50 pounds by hand up to several hundred yards by cart
- Loading/unloading cargo consisting of multiple bags and boxes of coin
- Unrestricted ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn and reach out
- Verbally communicate with customers
- Record information on forms and reports
