Cash Management Specialist / Operations Analyst
Experience Level: Mid-Level (5–7 Years)
Work Location Expectation: Hybrid
Location: 515 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071
Pay Rate: $47.02/hr W2
Duration: 6 Months with Possible Extension

Job Summary
The Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) is responsible for supporting daily operational activities within the Cash Management Department. This role provides customer and internal support for Cash Management Online Banking services, conducts product training, assists with system testing, resolves operational issues, and supports audits and departmental projects. The ideal candidate will have strong banking operations experience, customer support skills, and knowledge of cash management products and online banking platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Perform operational support duties for the Cash Management Department
  • Provide WebEx training sessions to customers and Bank personnel on cash management products and services
  • Support Cash Management Online Banking services and customer setups
  • Monitor product usage and system performance to ensure operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer and system-related issues within assigned authority
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product implementations
  • Support internal and external audits and examinations
  • Review operational reports and prepare business correspondence
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and special projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational processes
  • Provide technical, operational, and customer support related to treasury and cash management services

Required Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of banking operations or cash management experience
  • Experience supporting online banking or treasury management platforms
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience conducting training sessions or customer demonstrations preferred
  • Knowledge of cash management products and banking operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with audits, compliance support, and operational reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in commercial banking or treasury services environment
  • Experience with system testing/UAT activities
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and operational controls
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
