Job Title: Cash Management / Treasury Implementation Specialist (Mid-Level)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2 days onsite recommended)
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: $50/hr W2
Overview:
Seeking a mid-level professional to lead and manage the implementation of Cash Management and Treasury Management services for corporate clients. The role involves end-to-end implementation ownership, ongoing client support, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, with opportunities to support junior team members and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage implementation of Cash & Treasury Management services (e.g., cash pooling, host-to-host, SWIFT).
Coordinate post-agreement implementation activities and client onboarding.
Support and maintain existing client relationships, including inquiries and service updates.
Track implementation progress, provide regular status updates, and support client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams and product management on service delivery and enhancements.
Supervise and support junior team members.
Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on operational efficiency, documentation, and digitalization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of client-facing experience at a major financial institution.
Strong hands-on experience with Corporate Cash Management / Treasury service implementations.
Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language skills preferred.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
