RoundPoint is a fully integrated, non-bank mortgage servicing company with offices located in Fort Mill, SC, Dallas, TX. Our lines of business include loan origination, loan servicing, and the purchase and sale of Mortgage Servicing Rights. As a Cash Operations Analyst within the loan servicing division, you will be supporting the Cash and Investor Reporting department expanding our capabilities to offer a best-in-class customer experience while managing large scale servicing acquisitions and transfers.
The Cash Operations Analyst assists the Cash and Investor Reporting department by performing tasks ranging from transaction processing, exception analysis to ensure account record accuracy, process improvement deliverables, account and process level root cause analysis, and vendor payment channel and process oversight to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. The Cash Operations Analyst will work closely with other teams across the organization to ensure compatibility of business processes. Finally, as part of the team, you will be looked towards to establish team culture, tools, processes, and to continuously build a better operating platform.
