Location: Kirkland, WA (100% Onsite)
Salary: $54,000 - $66,560 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Cash Posting Specialist:

Post insurance payments, adjustments, denials, and electronic remittances to patient accounts.
Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.
Reconcile EOBs and posting batches while supporting month-end close activities.
Process refunds, adjustments, and write-offs, and assist with account research.
Support revenue cycle operations through documentation, audit preparation, and compliance activities.

Qualifications for the Cash Posting Specialist:

2+ years of experience in cash posting, payment posting, medical billing, accounts receivable, or healthcare revenue cycle.
Working knowledge of EOBs, insurance payments, denials, and account reconciliations.
Experience within a healthcare environment such as DME, medical device, physician practice, hospital billing, or healthcare technology.
Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement processes and revenue cycle operations.
