Job Summary: We are looking for temporary Cashier to support our Payment Center operations in Atlantic City. This is customer-facing role is responsible for processing gas payments and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This is 5 days onsite role.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Key Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous cashier, teller, or payment-processing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in a customer-facing environment, Monday Friday.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer gas payments via cash, check, and credit card.
Accurately balance daily transactions and maintain proper records.
Provide courteous and professional customer service at the payment counter.
Answer basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and cash-handling protocols.
Support the Payment Center team with additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
